• MEASURING TIPS: Measure 3 - 4 times at different times during the day. Cold and heat will alter finger size. Best to measure first thing in the morning before fingers swell due to heat or exercise. Pregnancy and certain foods may also cause fingers to swell. Measuring a most often worn ring can also provide a more accurate ring size measurement.
