Most orders (including orders with engraved or personalized items) are processed within 48 to 72 hours, and many are processed the same day - Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and weekends).

Some orders are not processed within 48 to 72 hours. These orders are: a.) orders placed on weekends or holidays, b.) some engraved items, and c.) orders containing items which state on their product page they will ship in [x] number of days.

When will my item ship?
Order processing time varies by product. Refer to an item's product page to determine when that specific item will ship from our design studio. Add order processing time (usually stated on product page) to shipping transit time (i.e., 10-15 days for Free shipping, 5-7 days for Standard shipping, 3-5 days for Faster shipping, and 2-4 days for Express shipping) for estimated delivery date. Delivery estimates are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates as events beyond our control may cause shipping delays. Learn more about possible shipping delays.

Can I cancel my order, once placed?
No, you may not cancel your order once placed. We move quickly to complete orders. You may follow our return policy if you decide against an order after you have received your order.

Daily Cut-Off Time
Our daily cutoff is 2:00 p.m. CST - Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays and weekends). Express orders for instock items received after 2:00 p.m. may not ship same day. Refer to an item's product page to determine when that specific item will ship from our design studio. Selecting Express shipping does not eliminate the product's processing time stated on the product page.	You will receive a shipment notification e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships.
