I was unsure which size locket and chain to order, and he was very knowledgable about all the product options and made choosing a breeze. I was so happy that I called rather than making an uneducated guess when placing the order online. In addition, he told me that I could choose different fonts for the front and back of the locket, which I didn't know was an option. I felt confident that my preferences would be clear to those fulfilling the order since they were written by someone so well-acquainted with the process. My order was shipped the next day and arrived in time for my daughter's birthday, which I was worried about since it was only eight days after I placed the order. She loved the locket, especially the engraving, and it was exactly what I had wanted to give her for her 10th birthday. I would order from BeadifulBABY again without hesitation and would encourage others to call for expert customer service and assistance.
