We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship most of our orders. The USPS is closed on the holidays listed below - and on Sundays. We ship orders five days a week (Monday through Friday) excluding the holidays below. The USPS delivers orders six days a week (Monday through Saturday) excluding the holidays below.

When will my item ship?
Order processing time varies by product. Refer to an item's product page to determine when that specific item will ship from our design studio. Add order processing time (stated on product page) to shipping transit time (i.e., 10-15 days for free shipping, 5-7 days for Standard shipping, 3-5 days for Faster shipping, and 2-4 days for Express Mail) for estimated delivery date. Can I cancel my order, once placed?
No, you may not cancel your order once placed. We move quickly to complete orders. You may follow our return policy if you decide against an order after you have received your order.
